registration
-
Early bird registration is $1,100 + GST and general registration is $1,250 + GST. The optional Nordic Spa buyout is an additional $100 + GST.
-
Early bird registration opens September 21, 2026. General registration opens October 5, 2026.
-
Your ticket includes two days of keynotes, panels and workshops; meals, snacks and refreshments for both days of Summit; curated networking and mentorship opportunities; professional headshots; access to the vendor market; and wellness activities.
-
Accommodations, travel to and from Kananaskis, and the required Kananaskis Conservation Pass are not included. The Nordic Spa buyout is optional and requires a separate ticket.
-
Registration is final sale, but you can transfer yours to someone else until February 5, 2027. Email summit@joulenetwork.ca for assistance.
-
We’ll maintain a first come, first served waitlist. If a place opens, we’ll contact the next person on the list.
-
Email summit@joulenetwork.ca as soon as possible to discuss transferring your ticket. If you’ve booked a room, please also call the hotel to cancel it on the same day. That helps us offer a room to someone on the waitlist.
-
Our private Nordic Spa buyout runs from 10 p.m. to midnight on Friday. These twilight hours allow the spa to welcome public guests earlier, clean the facilities, and then give our group private access without cutting into the Summit agenda.
-
We heard your questions about this in our most recent survey. Spa places must be reserved months ahead, and in past years a significant number of reserved places went unused. The $100 + GST fee helps us plan for the people who intend to attend and use Joule’s funds responsibly as a nonprofit.
-
You can register while places remain, but the buyout has limited capacity and has sold out well before Summit in previous years. Spa registration closes January 15, 2027, at the latest. If it’s on your wish list, booking early is your best bet.
-
You’re welcome to make your own arrangements with the spa, subject to its availability and regular pricing. The Summit spa ticket applies only to our Friday night buyout; we can’t exchange it for another time or offer a discount on a separate visit.

Business casual works for daytime programming. Comfortable layers are a good idea in Kananaskis, and you’re welcome to lean into our Camp Summit theme. We’ll share mood boards for Thursday and Friday evening events to help spark ideas. Dressing on theme is optional—come in what feels good to you.
-
Pack layers, comfortable shoes, a water bottle, notebook and chargers. Bring outdoor gear if you plan to explore, and a swimsuit if you’ve registered for the spa. You may also want an outfit for networking and your professional headshot.
-
Please share dietary needs during registration, or email summit@joulenetwork.ca with any updates by January 15, 2027. We’ll pass later requests to the lodge, but accommodation cannot be guaranteed after that date. The venue is accessible; email us about specific mobility or accessibility needs so we can help make arrangements.
